Getting started is very simple: first thing you need to do is sign up for an account and then you need to install our Chrome extension. That's it - you're ready to start clipping. For faster access, make sure to pin the extension in your browser.
When you clip a page, we capture the title (which you can customize), the source URL, and the full HTML for web pages and the full PDF file for PDFs. This gives you a complete snapshot you can search and reference later.
Want to make changes? Open any clip from your dashboard to update the title, notes or tags.
Keep things tidy with tags. Add one or more tags when you save a clip, then use them later to filter your library or build quick views around topics, projects, or clients. Tags are flexible—create your own system and evolve it over time.
Need to find something fast? Full-text search scans your clip titles, notes, and page content so you can locate anything with a few keywords. Combine search with tags to narrow down results even further.
You can share any clip with a simple link, including its title, notes, tags, and captured content. By default, clips are private and only visible to you.
Want to make it private again? You can revoke sharing at any time, which immediately disables the link.
There are no clip limits - clip as much as you want. The only limit is storage. Every account includes 1 GB of free storage.
Need more space? Additional storage is $0.40 per GB per month.
You can download a full copy of your clips at any time, including titles, notes, tags, source URLs and snapshot files. Exports are provided in a standard JSON format so you can keep a backup or move your data elsewhere. Contact us at [email protected] to request a copy of your data.
To delete your account, email [email protected] from the address tied to your account. We'll confirm the request and permanently remove your account and associated data within a reasonable timeframe.
